Meditation Healing

Learn to significantly decrease your stress level and improve your overall body, mind and emotional health with very simple and effective guided meditation and breathing techniques. Meditation is extremely effective in areas of anxiety, hypertension, stress management and assist to enhance immune functioning.

Join me and enjoy my guided-meditation class that has proven to be very effective in helping individuals achieve an overall sense of wellness and health at all levels. My classes are accessible to everyone. Please feel welcome.

You do not need any previous experience or specific skill to participate. Just an open heart and willingness to learn. Feel free to bring friends and family.

At the end of the meditation, there will time for Q & A and anyone who would like to discuss their vision(s) during the meditation event.

Fee: $5.00/person

Length of Meditation: 1 - 1.5 hours

When: April - November months (once a week, every Saturday)

What Should I Bring?

  • Yoga mat or Folded beach chair

  • Meditation cushion (optional)

  • Comfy snugly clothing

  • Sunscreen

  • Blanket or shawl for your comfort

  • Journal and pen

  • Water

What Happens If It Rains The Day Of?

No worries- we can reschedule the meditation class to the following Saturday. I will keep everyone posted based on weather the day before the class whether it's a go ahead or we would need to reschedule. We all know how unpredictable the weather can be. Everything will be posted through my social media and as well as an email.
